Dorian: Comics Game Platform 12+

All of the plot and art is very creative and beautifully done, the only thing is that I think getting hearts should be more accessible for people who can spend a bunch of money on apps like this. A lot of platforms use sponsored adds to get coins, hearts, points, etc. and I think this should be something this app should invest some more thought into. And I get that there are fun and fairly easy competitions that you can participate in but watching a quick (30 second to a minute) add would be much easier and simpler because you have to wait several hours and even days for these competitions. I’m the type of person who wants to support aspiring creators and artists but it’s difficult because I can’t spend much money. But I can watch an add or do a daily login for hearts to support them.

I think this app is overall pretty good! there are definitely a few stories that sparked my interest that I will be playing more of for sure. I like that you can stream and create your own stories! I wish hearts weren’t collected so slowly but I understand that the limitations are needed. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who likes games like episode, me-chat, obey me, etc. Although this game is of course not the same thing as those games it is very entertaining and captivating with a good community behind it. Hope you guys reach 1k reviews soon!

The only major (not really) gripe I have is how slow the chapters move. what i mean is, if you want to replay a chapter for a part you may have missed or want to reread, you have to spend quite a while tapping to get there. I wish there was a function to move through faster so that skimming back through would be easier. Not a major concern but it is mildly frustrating.

I love getting to read folks stories and all the cool art. It’s really awful that you have to pay again to unlock story details EVERY time you re-play a route. I’ve thought about just screenshotting the content I pay for just to save it and avoid paying for it a second time, but that’s super inconvenient. I also think that in this app trying to do so many things, it isn’t doing great as well as it could if it were to simply focus down on being a story telling platform. The stories AND the streams AND the fanfic all being hosted on one app is just a lot to ask for one UI to do succinctly in an app. TLDR: There’s a good app hidden in here, and it would really shine if fans weren’t being squeezed for money every play through, and if more focus was put more into depth of user enjoyment based on the things that are done well (unique stories and art) rather than trying to go wide and fulfill every fan-based market and content creation scheme in one app experience
Also I deleted and redownloaded the app and lost all the progress in the story I was on because the app didn’t save my user data 😭💔
